You may submit your reservation by using our booking button on the hotel’s website or by contacting Front Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax no 0040 364 730 800.
To complete an instant booking on our site, valid credit card details are required in order to secure the booking. On certain dates we may accept bookings without credit card (please enquire further at Front Desk). Accommodation and any other incidentals will be paid the latest upon departure. The hotel is entitled to demand payment at arrival. Reservations made under “Advance Purchase” or ”Non Refundable” rate plans are payable at time of booking, are non-changeable and non-refundable in case of a cancellation.
We receive booking enquiries, modification/cancellation requests at Front Desk throughout the week, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 – 18:00. Individual reservation requests will be answered to in writing within maximum 24 hrs after receiving the request. As confirmation, the guest will receive a form which contains the following details: unique confirmation number, the name and surname of the booking holder, check-in and check-out date, type of accommodation booked and payment. The guest is obliged to verify the accuracy of the confirmation data. Any modification to a booking already made will be confirmed subject to availability. In case of an overbooking, the hotel will strive to provide alternative accommodation, or, if you wish to cancel the reservation at this point, we will do so without any.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation requests must be sent in writing at email@example.com or fax no 0040 364 730 800. For cancellations received with 3 days or more before arrival date, no charges will be made. Cancellations received with less than 3 days notice are subject to a cancellation fee (first night cost). No shows will also be charged with first night cost, bookings made for more than one night will be cancelled for the rest of the period booked. Penalties will be charged against the card provided to secure your booking.

Check-in and check-out time:you may enter your room from 15:00hrs on arrival day; the room should be released the latest by 12:00 on departure day.
Room rates:all rates are expressed in EURO and include VAT and local tax. Rates shown in other currencies are purely indicative and are subject to fluctuations due to exchange rates. All room rates booked are non-commissionable.
Children under 12 years of age stay complimentary and have breakfast included (if breakfast is chosen in the rate plan), when sharing the existing beds with parents; children over 12 years of age with full adult rate. Minimum age to book a room is 18 years, everyone under this age must be accompanied by an adult.
Some rooms have space for an extra bed; this is charged with 14 EURO/night (breakfast, VAT and local tax included) and will be added to the room rate booked.
We regret to inform you that at this time we do not allow pets on our property.
Our deals and promotions are subject to availability, and may depend on the room type chosen. These special offers cannot be combined and restrictions may be applied on certain dates.
Over busy events held in Cluj Napoca, the hotel reserves the right to take bookings only using its Rack Rates shown at Reception. During these periods full payment in advance will be requested.
Parking: there is outside private parking space for our guests, under video surveillance.

These will only be used for the purpose we have specified to you (making your reservation and providing the services you request, to ensure we meet your needs while you are staying with us and/or to allow us to contact you in relation to matters that arise from your stay with us, submit payments according to your reservation agreed terms). We may use the Personal Information you provide to send you newsletters and to advise you of promotions or to inform you of offers or other information that may be of interest to you.
Complaints:any complaints shall be made in writing and will be submitted to the Front Deskduring your stay. Our personnel will strive to solve all complaints in an efficient and professional manner. Complaints made after departure date will not be taken into consideration.
